PHOENIX ADVENTURE: QLD
Opening up the world of Adventure Racing, Multisport and Off-Road Triathlon, Phoenix Adventure sessions are coming to your outdoor playground!
Designed and run to complement the core training program of the Phoenix Triathlon Squad, regular skill and fitness sessions in Mountain Biking, Trail Running, Kayaking, Offroad Transitions, Rock Climbing, Agility and Navigation will be offered. Each session is designed to provide you with a progression of sport-specific skills through achievable, but testing challenges, in both individual and group dynamic scenarios.
Sessions are overseen by Andy Stewart, Level 1 Triathlon Coach, Level 1 Australian Snow Sports Instructor, Mapping and Navigation Professional, with notable experience in Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing, Trekking, White Water Kayaking, and Ironman Triathlon racing. Expert sport-specific coaches will be regularly involved with the sessions to ensure that you are learning from the people in the know with the most up-to-date coaching methods.
If you are seeking a way into either social or competitive multisport, whether it be the local Off-Road Triathlon scene, the multi-day Adventure Racing Expeditions through the Australian Alps, or perhaps the international stage of the New Zealand Coast to Coast, then your opportunity beckons.

MELBOURNE ADVENTURE: VICTORIA
If you're getting ready for the Melbourne round of Mountain Designs Adventure Race Australia on the 23rd of May, then why not catch up with the team from Melbourne Adventure. Melbourne Adventure (MA) is a club for everyone, they offer regular running, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, navigation and swimming sessions across Melbourne. Many of their members compete in triathlons, adventure races and multi-sport challenges along with the single discipline races.
The value of a club is often over looked, if you haven't been involved in clubs before give Melbourne Adventure a try.. For $70 a year you get everything you need to get fit and active in a social and supportive environment. This is easily better value than a gym membership so get out of your comfort zone and come play with the team at MA!
The MA coaches are professionals, that means they provide free services for club members but offer other services at a cost. You can discuss your training with either Simon, Jarad or Liam.

Australian Mountain Biking Clinics
Australian Mountain Biking Clinics (AMBC) is a series of mountain bike courses designed specifically to develop the MTB riding skills of all riders, beginner through to advanced. Developed by mountain biking professionals the courses are comprehensive in the range of skills and disciplines covered and are presented by qualified MTB trainers. Our courses are designed to ensure anyone who has an interest in the sport at whatever age, level of skill or ability can benefit and improve their riding.
We offer a range of courses, from cross country through to downhill, and also provide a customised women's courses with women instructors. AMBC are currently in Sydney and Brisbane, and shortly setting up in Melbourne.
